I love these quotes! I can definitely say failure is a great teacher. From a personal stand point I’ve learned more from failures than I have in formal education. In terms of the business world I teach that if you don’t occasionally have an idea that doesn’t work you are not trying hard enough with your ideas. Failure is a good mechanism and a great instructor. I wish more companies and people would dare to fail.

I would love that too… Unfortunately all of us are living in a world dominated by the status quo. And who makes the real difference is the one who rebels against it… But “the big leaders” don’t understand that fact…
I also love trying new things, experimenting, failing, learning, teaching, but I’m different from the majority…
Companies should teach their people to try and to fail more often possible. But the short term thinking of the leaders is telling them that there is no time to fail, you have to execute and take money today (no thinking of tomorrow) and that’s it.
There is no progress that way…
